WeLive Idea Contest in Novi Sad

Novi Sad City Council, announced a public call for choosing the best ideas for improvement the efficiency of public services based on the open data via mobile applications in the areas of culture, ecology, tourism and traffic.

The right to participate have individuals (adult citizens of the Republic of Serbia) who wish to improve city services’ functioning and operation through their concept designs. Highest scores will be awarded to the ideas which, apart from their technical feasibility and technical sustainability, also boost significant social, ecological and economic impact on the local community.

Authors of five ideas with the highest scores (and ones valued as most significant by the Expert Committee) will be awarded cell phones, and, what’s more, they will be implemented.


The call is open from March 13th until March 31st 2017.
